Reiki Session
Reiki is a gentle healing energy which helps bring harmony to body, mind, emotions & spirit.
It works with the subtle energies of the body, increasing healthy energy flow, removing energetic blockages and promoting the innate ability to self heal.
By coming into a deep relaxation, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, and with it the body’s own healing system.
This allows to promote healing on a physical level, and emotions can be processed.
Sometimes we have the feeling that things are stuck on an energetic level- working with reiki can help us to release this stuck energy, bringing back a more harmonious state.
Connecting to this type of energy can help to deepen our connection not only to ourselves, but also to the spiritual.
For these reasons, Reiki can be a deeply nourishing, affirming and healing experience.
In a reiki session you will lie down on a massage table, fully clothed & cosy with a blanket. During the sessions I work with gentle touch on different points around the body or above the body on the aura, sending reiki energy to you.
During the session you may feel relaxed, have thoughts or insights, feel sensations, or also maybe feel nothing special. There is no correct way to experience a session, just honouring your experience whatever it is.
Sound Healing Session
Tibetan singing bowls are an ancient healing tool- hear the tones & feel the vibrations and intuitively you will feel the healing qualities.
As with reiki, the vibrations and tones are working on our bodies and selves on different levels.
Physically it can help us to release tension, come into deep relaxation and activate our self healing system (parasympathetic nervous system).
Emotionally, working with sound can help to release emotions, mentally we can calm the mind. Energetically we can work with bowls resonating with the different chakras and intentions to release blocks. Spiritually we can connect to ourselves and something bigger.

Combined Reiki & Sound Healing Sessions
In these sessions I combine reiki and sound healing in a longer sessions (75 min).
Using these two modalities together makes for a unique and deeply nourishing experience, supported by two forms of vibrational healing energies.
Birth Chart Reading
Your Birth Chart (Horoscope) is a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment you were born.
A reading is an interpretation of this picture and the effects the planets and their placements could have on you.
The chart can be seen as a kind of soul map, and a reading can help you to understand the key.
Understanding the energies of the planets, signs and their placements can help you to understand and connect to yourself more, identify patterns and cycles, recognise your strengths & struggles, and much much more.
